Skincare Factory is a Tempe, AZ–based and online esthetic supply store and education center serving licensed skincare professionals and everyday consumers with professional brands, tools, supplies, and curated retail skincare.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee. No-show appointments will also be charged a 25% fee. A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled based on availability and will be subject to the $25 late cancellation fee.
